Planetary Astronomy is offered in the fall semester at Cranbrook Kingswood.  If you are a visitor to my site, welcome.  Feel free to look around.  I hope you find these pages to be useful.  If you are taking a course in Astronomy, you will find hundreds of useful links for your studies.
This week we will look at the two ice giants, Uranus and Neptune.  These two are rather similar in the interior.  However, their outward appearence couldn’t be more different.  Only one space probe, Voyager 2, has made it out to both Uranus and Neptune.  We have a number of images to explore, although they are about thirty years old. How is your progress on making moons in celestia?
