Wednesday, you’ll be taking the test on the Milky Way. On Friday, when the class meets again, we’ll start the study of the last major topic in this course, the universe itself.  And the universe consists of galaxies; billions of galaxies.  But in the early 20th century Edwin Hubble determined that there were only three basic types of galaxies. in this Friday’s class, you will watch this 38 minute video for all the details.
